Due to the variety and uniqueness of our products, Island Home Furniture uses a variety of shipping options. Island Home Furniture reserves the right to determine the method of shipment. Shipments do not include unpacking and moving.
Because of our product warehousing methods, most of our customer's selections will be shipped promptly unless the furniture items include customized fabric selections. For custom crafted items, please allow 3-4 weeks for shipment. If delivery is more than 45 days you will be notified. For selections that are in stock, delivery can be expected with in 10-14 business days from receipt of your order. For items not in inventory and placed on back order you can expect 10-12 weeks for delivery.
Please inspect orders upon arrival for damage. Obvious physical damage must be noted on the freight bill at time of delivery. Any damage claims must be made with the freight/shipping company directly. Damage claims are not the responsibility of Island Home Furniture.
